Do you ever...

you are probably wondering why on earth there are a bunch of pics of eyes...lol.
well, I have something to ask of you.
have you ever looked at someone and saw something they have that you don't have? then do you ever think that if you had it, some parts of your life might just be a little easier in some way or another? not technically envy, but just a fact. maybe it is a Kitchen Aid mixer or a second car. perhaps it is not as wide feet or wider feet (depending on your situation). a snow/leaf blower? straight teeth?
mine is pretty silly, to be honest. I admire people's eyelids. I love my eyes! it is just that they are Asian eyes, so they don't really have any visible eyelids when my eyes are open (unless I'm looking down). so that means that I only really wear eyeshadow when I'm going to something kind of fancy or such where I might be looking down (giving a lesson or talk at church, restaurant on a date...). learning how to do makeup, with my eyes, was super difficult! my eyes are a VERY dark brown and I have lighter skin and hair - that means that black makeup makes me look gothic. haha. blackish brown is the way I go. I think it would be fun to sometimes have eyelids so that I could do fun things like other girls can do. I understand I will never get them and don't like the whole idea of envying...therefore, I admire. yeah - crazy but true ;)
just a random thing about me!

Hair hair hair...more bangs?

I'm having a slight issue. okay okay, it is bigger than a slight issue, but only because my hair is pretty important to me. it sounds lame, however, it is very true! God blessed me with it and I have taken the best care of it as I can since I learned how to take care of my hair. and because of that, in about 4 or 5 more inches, I can donate it! it has never been completely coloured or bleached, cut in a dramatic hairstyle, or burnt. I also don't blow dry it more than maybe 30-42 times a year. sometimes I don't wear makeup and sometimes I am dressed like a hobo, but I do my very best to have my hair look descent. so my big issue is this...

the last time I got my hair cut (about a month ago) the lady cutting my hair convinced me to get a little more bang going on. I'm sure it took me longer to decide than the normal person. I gave in and got this...
I like it, for the most part. there are days I love my bangs and other days that they just aren't working, ya know? I have apple cheeks which makes me very hesitant with doing things with my haircuts in fear of emphasizing them more than they already are. I am also a little self conscious about my large forehead. this pic's angle kinda shows how I see my forehead about 64% of the time. not too bad, but I'm always willing to try to illusion it into looking slightly smaller ;)

I think the bangs above where what I had in mind, but my forehead isn't that small and my part is a tad over to the other side.

I love these bangs!
but would they mess up like this ALL the time? would it drive me so very crazy? would I have to keep brushing them to the side making my bangs get all oily/greasy faster?

the bangs below are cute, yeah? not too thick is nice, in my opinion. then I can push them to the side a little if I wanted, but have them across if I preferred it. I wouldn't have to curl them all the time, would I?

what about the swoopy looking bangs?
since my forehead is large, my bangs would look more like the ones below, right? idk if I like that as much...

you see? it is a more difficult process than one might think!

help?
